Biography:
Another 2009-created racer from the second golden age of racing in Impulsion Sim Game, Laughter was a part of Tarbean Inc., a division of Cherrywood Estates owned by Jenna (then Billy). Laughter was sired by Gone West, an American legendary "Sire of Sires" and grandsire of the famous Smarty Jones. Laughter's dam, Smile, won over $1.6 million on the track, and went on to sire the amazing Smarty Jones. Yes indeed, that makes Elusive Laughter a full sibling to the incredible winner of the 2004 Kentucky Derby and Preakness Stakes!
Laughter retired from the track in May 2011 and began competing in Young Event Horse trials in August of the same year. After just five trials with marginal success, followed by an entire season off, when Laughter came back to us in early 2013, we decided to see how he would do as a steeplechaser.
