Biography:
Described by her breeder as a charming, heavenly creature possessing the fine, delicate features her lines are known for, Malacha has been recognized and rewarded for her conformation, fine breeding and flawless show ring presence in halter classes since her weanling days. Sired by one of our own homebreds from many years ago, and now one of Amaia's well known senior studs, Savvy Ged, we are confident that Mal will follow in Ged's hoofprints and make a name for herself in the western pleasure and trail ring once she's old enough. She'll begin under saddle competition during her futurity year in 2017, and we can't wait to see how she does! In the mean time, Mal is enjoying her halter class appearances, and generally being fussed over as one of our few show babies.
When Mal isn't in show mode, she has a mischievous side. She's been known to snitch gloves out of back pockets, remove lids off any storage bin within reach, and taunt the resident dogs. It's all in good fun, though! If anything, her antics only make us love her more.
